Canto che si esegue a Tempio Pausania, in Alta Gallura, il Venerdì Santo prima della deposizione del Cristo dalla croce.
Il testo, in gallurese, fa riferimento alla sofferenze di Maria al cospetto del figlio crocifisso.

The text, in Sardinian Gallurese, refers to Mary’s suffering in the presence of her crucified Son.
The eight lines of octosyllabic verse are sung by the “a tasgia” choir.
The opening is introduced by the main voice “boci”, with the gradual entrance of the other voices.
